Ah Grapes!
Grapes were like candy to me when I was a child; certainly the most delicious and favorite fruit.

Little did I know, gees they were also very good for me and why is that?

Well let’s see now!

– 2 cups almond milk

– 1 apple quartered and cored

– 2 bananas sliced

In blender combine all ingredients and blend until mixture is smooth.
