		<description>As you were part of the 100 blog challenge I thought I would take another look at your site, bad timing or what! I have just skipped my real tea and ate a microwave curry and half a slab of caramel shortcake, oh and I drove to work instead of walking!

You are so right about taking the time to eat properly as although I saved minutes by skipping the cooking, I now feel dirty inside and pretty lethargic. Eating well is the key to everything in life, far too many people skip their self care only to pass away before they have reached their true potential.</description>
