“The 28 Days to Perfect Health Challenge” Day 11-How Important is Your Quality of Life?

Perfect health is simply achieving the state you wish to be in, in order to enjoy life to the fullest.

Many fail to see the big picture. There is a saying “People don’t plan to fail; they fail to plan”. What do you need to have in order to attain perfect health? All the guests, so far, have the qualities needed to achieve “Perfect Health”.

The guests of Thee Quest all have a vision of where they are going and a plan on how to get there.

  • They all have short and long term goals that they are continually striving to achieve.
  • They all have a desire to share with others what they know and what they are working on.
  • They all love to give of themselves, more than most. They are not afraid of failing or of having  set backs.

You may be asking yourself why I am taking time to explain all this to you, and that is fine, but I just want to make sure you have a vision of perfect health also. My guests all want to share with you a unique message. I hope you see it.

How important is your quality of life?

You need to have a bounce in your talk.(Your mind needs to be clear)

You need to have a bounce in your walk.( Your body needs to be energized at all times)

You really need to have a bounce in your attitude.Is your glass half full or half empty.(Your spirit must be clear)

Yes, you are right, life is not that simple, but people that have perfect health are able to work through all the struggles. Their minds are clear on the vision they need to have. Their body is free of worry. (Most people you talk to only want to tell you their problems or sickness it seems) Their attitude towards life is always positive. Failure is only a stepping stone towards success.They have failed many times, and each time they get up and continue.

Being in perfect health only means that you have the tools to do whatever your heart desires with a healthy Body, Mind and Spirit, everyday no matter what life throws at you. Being able to cope with stress, lifestyle change, and all the pressures that come with being a great human being.

This challenge  does not pretend to be able to solve all your problems. This challenge is exactly what it says, a challenge to give you ideas to improve what is not working for you and give you hope.

Task of the Day:

1.Write down your vision of “Your” perfect health.Body, Mind, Spirit. Keep them close to you at all times.

2.Using some of the information seen so far, start making and writing down a plan to help you get closer to that “Perfect Health”.

3.Commit time, everyday, to continue on this journey of Perfect Health.
