“The 28 Days to Perfect Health Challenge” Day 21-Pierre & Pierrette-Reflections
Learning how to tell you what we at Thee Quest are all about is proving to be a great experience. Pierrette & I began our quest by believing in our ability to solve our health problems on our own. Yes, we have had help along the way, but most of the work: research, interviews, article writing, technical stuff has all been handled by ourselves.
People say that working with family or friends is not a good idea, well I am working with my best friend Pierrette and we are so happy to have the experience we have together. Every time we discuss about an idea, we often get a flash that creates the vision we have of the idea. Working on “The 28 days to perfect health challenge” has confirmed our belief that no one is better served than by doing it him(her) self. Action is so important if you want to improve your health, Body, Mind and Spirit.
Learning to evaluate your own results from lab work is simple if you have a computer and the Internet at hand. Ask google and you shall receive. We often point you in the right direction during this quest, but we will not do the work you can do for yourself. Your health is yours alone. You are an individual with questions only you can ask.
Thee Quest wants you to remain an individual and this 28 day challenge is one that is very personal to” you”. Yes, we have many suggestions that can lead you down the right path, but the path to follow is your own.
We had no idea how many people would follow this challenge yet we knew that millions are in the dark about perfect health. We cannot answer every question you have but we want to. Here are some questions people have asked us so far:
- What kinds of food do you eat and how are they prepared?
- Why do you insist so much on not doing any exercising?
- Why does the mind play such an important role in our physical health?
- Why does your system work when all systems to date only mask the real problems?(Great question)
Many questions have come from the challenge and many of you are starting to think like we do.
Chris Stubbs states,”How lucky you are to be obese”. Do you understand why he says this. You are the master of your own destiny. Yes you are. If you choose you can regain perfect health by taking action and not letting anyone tell you “no”. If you do not understand medical jargon, you ask. If you need to research a phrase, product medical term etc. you ask. If you want someone to teach you how to cook, shop, use the computer, you ask. Action is what you need to take. You can no longer remain passive about your health, no sorry, your perfect health.
Taylor Lebaron (17 years young) wonders why we need to inform parents about their “responsiblity” yet we are all reponsible for our own bodies and therefore “our” perfect health. If he can do it, so can I. Taking the time to hear him then passing it on to teens and other parents is the action you need to take. Do not remain silent anymore.
Lucille Dignard asks why we did not learn all this in school. Let us not dwell in the past, but let us “act” to ensure our future is secure. Let us turn the money making machine that health stores, gym’s, fitness trainers etc. have all become,into the teachers needed to quickly educate the world on what perfect health is and how we can all attain it.
Dr Victor Ong, Lisa Moreau, Drew Tomlinson all ask why you do not listen? The right question needs to be asked and when you ask people if they want to be healthy, 100% say yes. All we need are the right tools, the right attitudes, the follow up and more importantly the Humanity needed to wipe away the discrimination, the guilt, the ignorance.

“The 28 days to perfect health challenge” has only become a challenge to those that want to make their lives healthier.
The journey continues tomorrow. We only have 7 days remaining. So much to do yet so little time remains.
These reflections are vented with our feelings in mind only. Pierrette & I want to share our emotions to show you how deeply we believe in Thee Quest and the mission it has embarked on.
