Eating For Energy-2 Tips On How To Start
Perfect Health can only come to those that are seeking it. If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, you need to face some real reality check-up. If you have been eating poorly all your life how do you expect to change and achieve all of this Perfect Health stuff overnight?
The truth is that you cannot. It can take you sometime just to understand the basics of eating smart before you can even begin to feel the energy you need to feel to help you move forward.
Here are the top 2 tips I can give you to help you start getting on track right away without changing your whole life immediately. The point here is to get you to become the new you you want to be not the one you have been trying to work on for so long.
Tip #1-Stop eating only foods that are no good for you. You need to accept that you are doing somethings wrong. I hope you know this already. Take a good look at yourself when you get up tomorrow and tell yourself what you need to hear.
Now listen to me, the next step is very important. This is not tip #2, I am not their yet. I just told you to “Stop Eating Only Foods That Are No Good For You”. I did not say that you need to start eating foods that are “Good” for you either. Yes, you did read it .You do not need to start eating salads and green juices and apples and oranges to start you going in the right direction. This would be much to drastic and that is why diets and all those stupid plans do not work. They all ask you to do something you know you will not be able to do very long.
I am not asking you to do that at all. Stop eating food that is not good for you and start eating foods that are not as bad even if they are not necessarily healthier.Ex:
- If you drink soda’s of any kind, switch to diet drinks. The diet drinks are not good for you but they are much better than regular cola drinks of any kind.
- Start by reading labels and understanding that you are eating needless calories when you can easily substitute bad products for products that are not so bad yet will help you adjust to new habits.
- If you like to eat French fries that’s fine, I do also. The only difference is that I eat them only once a week and when I do it is only on the same day(Monday’s for me) and I really eat a really big portion. I eat as much as I can in one sitting but I eat them “alone” with salt and vinegar and ketchup and not with hot dogs or anything else. Can you do that? - Bacon and eggs do not go together. Can you eat them separately at different sittings?
- If you like pickles can you eat dill instead of sweet? Read the labels and see the calorie count, you will fall of your chair.
