Perfect Health – How To Think Healthy First Thing In The Morning

I am not your conventional writer that wants to make you all happy. I want to make you all “healthy”. The difference is that I tell it like it is. I pull no punches and  you will love me or hate me. If I get you moving, however I do it, you will thank me.

Pierrette & I have been healthy for nearly 9 years now. Yes at 63 we are finally healthy. The road has been an up-hill battle only because we did not know any better.

  • We were both on meds much of our lives.
  • Our story line is just like yours more than likely.
  • We were expecting a slow death, by our Doctors hands.
  • Yes, we believed they were there to help us. But are they really? Do we all put too much “faith” in them?
  • Is it not too much to ask?
  • Many of them are overweight and not in much better health than you and I.
  • Incredible.

Well, who is going to help you!The world is in a terrible state. Obesity is rampid. We are all running around in a lifestyle that is making us all sick and tired.

I have been talking about how you are sleeping over the last few days. How is it working for you.

  1. Many people have sleep apnea. Heard about it yet? People are sleeping with oxygen tanks or something mostly because their air passages are block ? Definition Wikipedia:Sleep apnea (or sleep apnoea in Great BritainEnglish pronunciation: /æpˈniːə/) is a sleep disorder characterized by abnormal pauses in breathing or instances of abnormally low breathing, during sleep. Each pause in breathing, called an apnea, can last from a few seconds to minutes, and may occur 5 to 30 times or more an hour.[1] Similarly, each abnormally low breathing event is called a hypopnea. Sleep apnea is diagnosed with an overnight sleep test called apolysomnogram, or “sleep study”.

Incredible.What are the solutions to this. I guess we could build  oxygen tanks into all new construction of new homes or apartment buildings?

There certainly is an incredible business opportunity with his. Much money to be made. Wow No Pun intented

Just a thought!

Sorry , but when I hear  about such things I just reflect on the responsibility we all have to take care of our bodies.

Our minds and souls remain active as our bodies slowly die from all this incredible non-sense.

What are your first thoughts when you get up? Think about it for a minute. Are you worrying about the kids, the job, the car or house payments? I guess the same stuff our lifestyle has gotten used to.

Are you thinking about rewarding yourself for all this worry by having a nice big breakfast? Just a thought!

What makes us do what we do in the morning? Breakfast is the most important meal. What are you going to have for breakfast this morning?

Your body is sore. You slept an uneasy night. You work hard. You deserve a break today?

Are you thinking healthy first thing in the morning?

Starting today, just reflect on what goes through your mind first thing in the morning.

  1. Are they positive thoughts?
  2. Are you worried?
  3. Are you still tired?
  4. Are you anxious to go to work, get up with the kids, removing the snow outside, take out the garbage?

Following Thee Quest means to stop doing today what is making you unhealthy. This is a healthy life in progress here. That life is yours and those around you. Start fresh. Sit down and record your thoughts first thing in the morning and we will talk tomorrow.

Please, we are here to accept change not reward the past but really look at how we are living day to day.
