“The 28 Days to Perfect Health Challenge” Day 7- “Everybody Knows But No One Really Knows!”

Talking to people about health is one heck of a hard thing to do. Everybody is an expert yet most people know little or nothing about nutrition, what is good for you and what isn’t. We call it the “everybody knows but no one really knows” syndrome.

Doctors assume you know something  just because they do. An example: Have you been told to take flax seed every day because it is a good source of omega 3? Most people I talk to agree that it is good for you. Ask people why and most do not have a clue. My doctor told me it was good for me but never told me how much to take, what it looks like, how to take it, how often, how to store it, how to eat it, cook it, where to buy it etc. You understand what I am saying?

I was told to take apple cider vinegar with some honey first thing in the morning. I was not told it had to be organic and not pasteurized. I did not know how to take it, cold or warm, one or two teaspoon or was it tablespoon? Do you see what I mean? People’s intentions are great but it is results that count.

Is chocolate good or bad for you? Is red wine better than white? How much can I eat of this or that? Questions , questions and more questions.

When Pierrette & I started on our Thee Quest we were determined to find the answers to all our questions and we found them all.You need to be a researcher, find  resources you can rely on and verify, verify, verify.

People are obese yet most tell you they know why, they know how to get healthy, they seem to have all the answers. If so, why are so many sick and dying from obesity? No one really knows. Here we go again, the ball is back in your court, let’s try again.

“The 28 Days to Perfect Health Challenge” was created to answer unanswered questions.

If you have a question for any of us at Thee Quest, feel free to ask it. We might not have all the answers but we will get it for you. We have many expert guests in our line-up that are willing to answer your questions. All you have to do is ask, it’s your heath, your body , your mind , don’t you want answers to your questions!

Task of the day:1) Go to google search and ask the following questions: Benefits of flax seed, benefits of apple cider vinegar and honey. What are the possible side effects of flax seed, apple cider vinegar and honey.

2) Write a list of ten products you have in your diet right now and ask the same questions as above. Learn how to use the benefits and possible side effects of all health questions you have.ie: benefits of milk-possible side effects of milk.
