“The 28 Days to Perfect Health Challenge” Day 8 -Are you Eating for The Right Reasons? Dr Victor YC ONG, PhD

Impossible to talk about perfect health without the help of people who do this for a living. Pierrette & I decided that in order to maintain our health we would not give up the foods we liked, our lifestyle or begin to exercise. Little did we know that others around the world agreed with us.

Giving up what you like to eat in this day and age just does not make sense. We live in a new world and having fast food and drinking coca-cola is just as part of who we are as apple pie was in the 50’s and 60’s.We figured that their had to be a way of eating right, without exercising and still maintain perfect health.

Our results are documented in the first year of our program. We proved to ourselves and others that it can be done. Without knowing it, from a scientific point of view, one scientist from Singapore was writing about it on the other side of the world.

I received an e-mail one day from Dr Victor YC Ong,Phd asking how we came to the same conclusions that he had? Our program was very similar to his theory about “A New Paradigm for Lifelong Ideal Weight”. Dr Ong has written many books and has studied weight for a very long time. His book, War on Weight, shows a new way of looking at weight in todays lifestyle. He agrees with us that the world has changed and that fast food and new habits have taken this generation out of the past and into a new reality.

DR Ong is a good friend and wanted to share some of his expertise with you all on this “Perfect Health Challenge”. His bio is documented in the bio page. You can view it at any time. He has agreed to give you all a free copy via PDF of a document titled:

Ideal Weight and Your Heart-(“Lifelong ideal weight IS life-promoting!”)

You only have to press the “click here” at the end of my presentation to have access to this very important report on perfect health from this world expert.

Before reading this report, let me explain to you his way of  looking at the War on Weight. The diagram below explains the new reality of today when it comes to eating and managing your weight. It is called the “Tri-phasic Lifestyle Regimen Approach and Methodology”.

The approach, that Dr Ong studied, explains that up until the 1970’s we ate food for two very specific reasons:

  1. We ate to stay alive and maintain life needs and a healthy body.(Dietary Edibles)
  2. We took medicine or ate to heal our diseased body.(Medicinal Edibles)

He goes on to explain what Pierrette & I thought, that we also eat for other reasons since the 1970’s. We went back in time to the early 70’s and thought about what happened when the fast food chains came about. The 70’s brought a whole new lifestyle, fast paced jobs, fewer children, women in the workforce, mothers out of the house for good etc.

We also started working less and eating out more. We  began to have more disposable income, fewer kids to worry about and no more home cooked (sit down) meals, every night of the week. I remember this time very well. This is when phase 3 of this Tir-pasic Lifestyle began. We started to eat to fit our new lifestyle needs and healthy mind(Behaviorietary Edibles) . In other words, we started eating for fun.

Pierrette and I just explained in laymen’s terms what this great Dr was saying scientifically. He then sent us his book. His scientific explanations are well documented. Look at the chart below.

As you can see the middle column explains all the reasons we know now why we eat to live, have fun and or treat our diseased body.

Dr Ong has studied this principle for years now and we will never go back to the way it was before the 1970’s. Pierrette & I agree. What he explains in his free report is what we should do about accepting this new way of life and how we can still have “Perfect Health”.

Enjoy his report. Just click here and see it all in full color. Please take the time to study it carefully. It is indeed something to awaken you and make you sit up and take notice.

Task of the Day:

  1. Write down all the reasons you can think of why you eat.Compare with the list above and put the reasons into the column where they go.
  2. Can you explain why you need to adapt your eating behavior to your lifestyle?
  3. Name three things you can start doing today to improve your perfect health?
