Perfect Health-What Your Gym Should Offer
Going to the gym needs to be a healthy activity. I do not mean you have to exercise. Exercising needs preparation and sincere desire and willingness to devote energy to an activity.
Many of you have desire and motivation but lack the energy to sustain any meaningful exercise program even if you know it is the right thing to do. What do you do if you love smelling the environment but lack the energy? You need to be in the environment. No, do not exercise, go to feel the feeling of being around health. Ask questions and just take your shower there to begin with. The contract you have with the gym should in no way limit your access to the facilities.
Go there for breakfast if possible. Inquire if they have a meet and greet program. There should be people you can meet and share your dreams with. Not exercise, only the desire needs to be shared. Learning about the needs to eat healthy, exercise and get in the best Body, Mind and Spiritual shape needs to be your objective. You local gym or YM(W)CA should offer you all you need.
I talk to people that need to get in shape everyday and many feel intimidated with “The Gym”. You need to look at this healthy environment as a friend not a foe. You are an athletic person also. You might not think so, but their is that person inside of you that makes you dream of running a marathon of playing a great sport with all the agility of a Micheal Jordan or a Tiger Woods. Going to the gym is a healthy place to envision those dreams.
Being in a positive environment is healthy for all humans, even if you do not exercise. Your Mind and Spirit need the help also. Come to the gym near you and enjoy the feeling and you never know what will happen next…
