Eating For Energy-Tips 3 and 4

Losing Weight, weight loss, obesity, severe obesity, calories, carbohydrates, anxiety, blood pressure, asthma…Where do I begin. The Perfect Health syndrome starts by accepting what you have become, learning why and taking action to reverse, correct and eliminate all the terms and vocabulary you have been use to by another that will help you live that Thee Quest For Perfect health that we all search for, most of our lives.

That was a mouthful. I know you are searching for a magic bullet that will make your body perfect instantly. I know you are confused and leery of any new technique, method, diet or other “most recent” solution to weight loss that seems to be invented nearly everyday.

For once in your life you need to breath easy, take your time and learn about yourself and the “why’s” you have become what you are and start just by listening to the “how’s” that a simple couple discovered that changed our lives and let these discoveries guide you on your journey to attain Perfect Health.

Tip #3- Have a Junk Food Day. Some of our fellow Perfect Health enthusiast’s call it “Crappy Food Day“. Others just choose to call it “remembrance day”. The purpose is the same, to never forget what you where before the dramatic changes took part in your Body, Mind and Spirit.

We have been on our journey for nearly three years and Monday’s is our junk food day. We eat whatever and whenever and as much as we like of anything and everything we enjoyed the most in our previous lifestyle. Our menu for the day can consist in Pizza, hamburger’s, french fries, anyway I think you get the meaning.

All the foods you eat on this Junk Food Day will not give you energy. We make sure it is a day off from our regular routine. There is nothing wrong with eating Junk if you have no other worries for the day ahead.

Your stomach might not like you on this day, but the purpose is to give yourself a break from all the discipline you have now given yourself and it also serves as a constant reminder of what your past “Was” and what you never want to go back to full time.

Here is what our good friend Dr.Victor Ong says about having foods that are their for pleasure only. (Just click on). Take the time to learn why you eat and start over. Perfect Health does not need to be a burden, it needs to become  a part of your everyday. Take the time to study and most of all, listen, listen and listen some more.

Tip #4- Start walking. Exercising is not a huge part of our program yet. After nearly three  years we have changed jobs to adapt more with our lifestyle. We work less hours but we know spend more time on our feet. This has given us the exercise we needed. Just to get on our feet more often has been remarkable. At 58 we are in better shape then we were at 30.

  • Walk to the store
  • Park the car 50 feet further than usual
  • Take the bus more often
  • Park at one end of the mall when you need to go to the other
  • Take your pet for an extra walk everyday
  • Walk around the block once in awhile, don’t make it a habit, make it fun.
  • …add to your list

We will be letting you know what we are up to from this point of view in the following days and weeks. Yes we have info for those that want to take this to the next level. We are 58 and do not want to become professional athletes.

Remember, get your Eating For Energy book today. Let this $39.95 investment in you be the start of a learning curve you will never want to get away from again.Click Here and get your book today. Then and only then, will you be on the same page we are.

Learning has been the biggest improvement we have made to attain our Perfect Health. This is all about your Body Mind and Spirit. It isn’t just about the physical. Eating for Energy is necessary to get to the other two parts of Perfect Health.

Perfect Health- Sunday Review of the Articles Affecting Us All

Much is said about obesity these days. I receive many questions about all the hype. At first my interest was sporadic at best. Taking care of me was my priority. The more I started sharing views with others, the more I realize that often fear is based more on mis-information than the information itself.

I have little time to read reviews and opinions of people I do not know or do not even admire, but, there must be room to share and learn from others even if we do not share their point of view.

Perfect Health is all about learning. I personally, do not believe everything I read. I hope you do not also. Just read and ponder on what is being said:

  1. Does the subject interest me? Can it help me in my daily life?
  2. Is the subject entertaining or does it have instructional value for me and those around me?
  3. Will this material help me in my personal or professional life?
  4. Can this material help my family?(This point became very important to me)
  5. Can this material help me not to become bias of opinionated individuals or companies.

Perfect Health is not a exact science. What applies to others might not apply to me. I am in search of the truth. The truth in my eyes is in finding the best material that can help me improve my Body, Mind and Spirit as quickly as possible.

Staying in touch with the latest information is a necessity not a luxury. Staying in touch and transmitting information is a Quest we at Thee Quest take to heart and want to expand on.

  • Sunday is a Day of Rest.
  • Sunday is a Day of forgiving.
  • Sunday is the Day to share.
  • Sunday will become the Thee Quest Day to share with others as though we were in Church. Do you remember the awsome feeling it was to be sitting in your Church those first days? The Spirit flowing within our hearts, and the feelings we had, were magical.

The following are a list of articles I found interesting.Look at them or bookmark them for a future read:
